In the robot vacuum space, that translates to the X10 Pro Omni — a robot with a full self-maintaining dock, AI obstacle avoidance, and dual spinning mops that regularly sells for under $600. That's the same feature set Roborock and Dreame package into $800-$1,000 machines.
The budget end of the lineup takes a completely different approach. The C10 is a vacuum-only robot with no mopping capability at all, but its 2.85-inch profile makes it one of the slimmest robots you can buy. For pet owners with low furniture, that single trick is worth the trade-offs. Eufy doesn't try to compete across every price tier the way Xiaomi or Roborock does — they pick specific value gaps and fill them aggressively.
The honest weakness is software. The Eufy Clean app lags behind Roborock Home and Dreame's app in almost every way — slower mapping, occasional phantom rooms, and a UI that feels like it hasn't been updated in two years. Ultra-slim 2.85" profile with auto-empty dock — vacuum only
The C10 exists for one reason: it fits where other robots cannot. At 2.85 inches tall, it slides under bed frames, TV stands, and sofas that block even the slimmest competitors. It picked up 100% of pet hair in carpet testing, which is remarkable given the modest 4,000Pa suction. The catch is obvious — no mopping, no obstacle avoidance, and a 120-minute battery that limits coverage. But if you have pets and low furniture, the C10 cleans spaces you'd otherwise need a handheld for.
Eufy X10 Pro Omni
D-shaped body + full Omni dock + AI camera at mid-range pricing
The X10 Pro Omni is Eufy's real statement piece. A full Omni station — auto-empty, mop wash, hot-air dry, water refill — regularly dips below $600, which is absurd value when Roborock and Dreame charge $800+ for equivalent docks. The AI.See camera spots over 100 obstacle types even in the dark, and the D-shaped chassis hugs walls tighter than any round competitor. The trade-off is suction: 8,000Pa sits at the bottom of the mid-range ladder, so thick carpet owners will feel the gap. And the Eufy app still feels a generation behind Roborock Home — mapping glitches and slow zone saves are a recurring frustration.
