On paper, the 5 Pro is Xiaomi's answer to the Dreame X50 Ultra — retractable LiDAR, triple AI cameras recognizing 200+ objects, a 5MP lens that doubles as a pet monitor, and an extending mop arm for edge work. It checks every flagship box. The problem is geography. Unless you live in Europe or select Asian markets, you cannot buy this robot through official channels, which means no local warranty and no easy returns. For EU buyers willing to live within the Xiaomi ecosystem, it represents serious value against Dreame and Ecovacs flagships priced $200-400 higher. Everyone else should look at the standard Vacuum 5 or cross-shop the Dreame L50 Ultra instead.
