Roborock is selling convenience here, not power. The Qrevo 35A bundles an all-in-one dock — auto-empty, mop wash, warm air dry, water refill — at under $500, which is genuinely impressive packaging. The 200 RPM dual spinning mops handle daily hard-floor maintenance well, and the 10mm auto-lift is high enough to keep most carpet dry. But 8,000Pa suction is hard to overlook when competitors at the same price hit 12,000Pa or more, and the structured-light-only avoidance misses smaller objects that a camera would catch. Best for small to mid-size homes with mostly hard floors and light daily messes. There is pressure from inside the family too: for about $100 more, the Qrevo S5V steps up to 12,000Pa and adds FlexiArm edge mopping, which by mid-2026 makes the 35A easiest to recommend when it drifts toward the bottom of its $399-499 range. Pet owners with thick carpet should look at the Dreame L40 Ultra or T30S instead.
